Process for Considering your Request

This electronic form is collected by church administrators. Then, this request will be considered by the pastoral staff at their weekly meeting. Your main point of contact will be church administrators. 

If we need more information in order to make a decision, we will contact you. We will also contact you with the results as soon as possible.

Please do not begin publicizing the event until after you recieve the results of our approval process. To have this event publicized by the church, please submit at least a month in advance.
